UNC Pembroke sought to modernize its operations by eliminating manual paperwork and digitizing 60 critical forms used across academic and administrative departments. The university needed a strategic partner to lead a $70,000 project leveraging SoftDocs, requiring technical expertise, cross-departmental coordination, and a deep understanding of higher education workflows.
